When we opened our doors in October of 2024, the New Penn Station design was our first bold advocacy project.

The results have exceeded every hope. After decades of persistence, today we sit at the table with world-class collaborators, propelled by the Federal Executive Order of August 2025 that positions our classical design for the front running, and filled with excitement, enthusiasm and profound gratitude. For the first time ever, we have a real shot at making this happen.

The next six months are decisive and the BAA has its work cut out for it.

By Spring 2026, Amtrak will choose its Master Developer—and our design has every chance to be selected.
